WHAT ARE YOUR PHONE LINE & OPENING HOURS?

  • If booked online, payment is made via the secure booking application. 

  • If you phone the practice and book with us, we kindly ask our patients to pay the balance of the cost of the consultation before any appointments are made.

  • You can pay over the phone by debit or credit card.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept American Express at this time.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CONSULTATION?

  • Refunds are not available if you are unable to make your consultation.

  • Please be available 5 mins before your appointment to ensure you are all set up and ready for your appointment. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY APPOINTMENT?

  • Prescriptions are given at the dentists discretion. 

  • Prescriptions can be sent directly to the patients address listed on the prescription or for collections from the practice or the patients own pharmacy.

CAN I ORDER A PRESCRIPTION TO BE SENT TO MY LOCAL PHARMACY OR MY ADDRESS?

  • Please check your internet bandwidth and your 4G connection. You can do this by typing “internet speed test” into Google and following the instructions.

  • Please also note that this does not work on internet explorer.

  • Don’t worry, if we’re having technical issues on our side we will offer you a full refund.

  • Feel free to call us on if you have any further queries.

  • The appointment is 15 minutes.

HOW LONG IS THE APPOINTMENT?

  • A 15-minute video appointment costs £30.

  • Additional costs will be charged for online prescriptions. (if any). 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

  • Yes, Just follow the link 'BOOK NOW' and book an appointment with a dentist at time convenient for you. (Subject to availability). 

CAN I BOOK ONLINE?

  • Please book online to see current availability and book online to secure that timeslot. 

  • If making a booking on the phone, we will do our best to offer a consultation at the next available booking.

CAN I BOOK A CONSULTATION TODAY?

  • If an additional consultation slot is required you can book online to make an additional booking or ring 0208 660 3308 and a member of the reception team will be happy to make this appointment for you. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED MORE THAN 15 MINUTES?

  1. Visit https://zoom.us/

  2. Click ‘Sign up it’s free’ and enter your email address. 

  3. Go to your inbox and click the link to activate your Zoom account

  4. Enter your details and set a password

  5. You are all set up and ready to go!

  6. The dentist will provide you the meeting ID and passcode you will need to start your video consultation.

  7. Check your inbox before your scheduled consultation.

  • At the beginning of the appointment you will see a blank screen, while you wait for the dentist to connect.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCING?

  • Make sure your microphone is switched on. Please note that different operating systems and programs have different symbols for microphone being on or off.
