We have been established and taking care of teeth for over 100 years and are proud that most of our patients come from word of mouth recommendations and by reading our great reviews online. We have a broad base of existing NHS dental patients who attend our practice from Coulsdon and nearby areas. Cosmetic treatments such as stain removal, teeth whitening, teeth straightening, veneers, Implants and hygienist appointments are not available on NHS – however, we do offer these at affordable prices.

FAQ

NHS dentistry is an excellent option if you are looking for essential and necessary treatments; however, excludes treatments and materials that are considered cosmetic and for aesthetic purposes.

NHS Dentistry does not include cosmetic treatments such as stain removal, teeth whitening, hygienist appointments, Invisalign®, Implants, and uses necessary functional materials. For example, amalgam (silver metal) fillings will be used for treatments under NHS, whereas cosmetic fillings gives you the option of white fillings which can blend in with natural teeth colour. We offer non-NHS treatments at affordable prices. Please see our price list here.

We have same-day appointments for our NHS registered patients, but for new patients, there are no free slots . We offer same-day dental emergency appointments at £65 and can see you straightway to ease any toothache.

We will not charge you for missed appointments or appointments cancelled at short notice. However, we ask: In the case you are unable to keep your appointment, please inform us 48 hours before your appointment so we can offer this to people on our waiting list. If an appointment is missed more than once, without letting us know, we may terminate your treatment. In that case, you may need to pay again for a course of treatment. If an appointment is missed or cancelled at short notice (less than 48 hours) more than twice, without letting us know, we may no longer be able to offer you treatment on NHS and we may ask you register with a different dentist. You need to inform us if your contact details (address, telephone numbers, email) change so that we can ensure you receive the appointment reminders in time.
